- Oils: sesame (gingelly) oil for mango pickles, peanut oil for other pickles, sunflower oil for snacks. Never palm oil. Snacks are de-oiled in an oil extractor after frying.
- Non-veg pickles (chicken, prawn) are not made in our kitchen: they are specially made for us by Raju's of Bhimavaram in peanut oil.
- Millet products: incubated with the Indian Institute of Millets Research; mentioned in Mann Ki Baat (August 2023).
