- We offer worldwide shipping on all products subject to this Policy.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Currency used: INR – Indian Rupee. International payments may be charged at applicable exchange rates.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and destination. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
Handling Time
It usually takes 2 business days to process and dispatch products after an order is placed. We strive to dispatch at the earliest possible time.
Once your order ships you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or Email with courier details and tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown on product pages or at checkout.
Local Delivery — Hyderabad
Subject to availability, we provide instant local delivery within Hyderabad City Limits usually within 4 hours of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to change the local coverage area without notice.
International Shipping
- We ship to all countries except: North Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan, Russia, Cuba, Syria and Palestinian Territories.
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.
- Standard international: approximately 12 business days.
- Priority international: approximately 5 business days.
- International customers are responsible for any duties and customs taxes applicable in their country.
Return & Refund Policy
If your order is not shipped or delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, the order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Cancellation is not possible once dispatch is initiated.
- Replacement is available if the product was delivered in defective or damaged condition, reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Partial refunds are not entertained.
Rules for Returning a Product
- Send a request via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Return the product in the same condition as received, in original packaging, with all accessories and freebies included.
- Label the package with the order number, return address, and your address.
- We will arrange a pickup through an assigned logistics partner once the return request is verified.
- We are not liable for packages damaged during return transit — pack securely.
