This website (www.thepicklestory.com) is operated by Pickle Story LLP. We are committed to delivering orders within the given period and in accordance with this Policy.

We offer worldwide shipping on all products, subject to this Policy.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Currency used: INR (Indian Rupee). International payments may be charged at applicable exchange rates.

2. Cost of Shipping

Within India, delivery costs ₹49 per order and is free on orders of ₹799 and above. Express local delivery in Hyderabad and Secunderabad costs ₹75 extra. For international orders, shipping rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and destination. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

3. Handling Time

Your order is made fresh and dispatched within 36 hours of being placed. We strive to dispatch at the earliest possible time.

Once your order ships you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or Email with courier details and tracking information.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown on product pages or at checkout.

India-wide delivery is typically within 72 hours of dispatch. Metro cities usually receive orders in 1 to 2 days.

5. Express Local Delivery in Hyderabad & Secunderabad

Want it today? Choose Express local delivery at checkout for ₹75 extra over the standard delivery charge.

Available within Hyderabad and Secunderabad city limits.
Orders confirmed before 6 pm are usually delivered within 4 hours. Orders after 6 pm go out the next morning.
Express delivery depends on availability on Sundays and public holidays. If we cannot deliver by express, we will let you know and refund the ₹75.
We may change the express coverage area without notice.

6. International Shipping

We ship to all countries except: North Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan, Russia, Cuba, Syria and Palestinian Territories.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Standard international: approximately 12 business days.
Priority international: approximately 5 business days.
International customers are responsible for any duties and customs taxes applicable in their country.
