We mill our own flour in-house using premium "Jaya" or "MTU 1010" rice varieties sourced from the Godavari belt. Milling it fresh at our factory ensures the flour retains its natural sweetness and has zero moisture, guaranteeing snacks like Chekkalu and Murukku are exceptionally crispy.
We choose "Bold" size kernels for snacks. They fry evenly to a deep crunch and look premium in mixtures. The high oil content ensures they remain sweet and nutty even after salting and spicing.
This pre-roasted gram is used powdered in coatings or whole in mixtures. It absorbs moisture and adds a "biscuit-like" crunch that breaks the monotony of hard fried ingredients.
