We source premium Channa Dal and mill it in our own factory to a super-fine texture. This ensures absolute purity and a smooth, lump-free dough for Sev and Boondi, giving them a vibrant yellow color and a melt-in-the-mouth texture without the bitterness of stored flour.
We mill our own flour in-house using premium "Jaya" or "MTU 1010" rice varieties sourced from the Godavari belt. Milling it fresh at our factory ensures the flour retains its natural sweetness and has zero moisture, guaranteeing snacks like Chekkalu and Murukku are exceptionally crispy.
We strictly use Gold Drop for its high smoke point and neutral taste. It ensures that deep-fried snacks remain non-greasy and light, allowing the natural flavors of the dal and spices to shine without a heavy oily aftertaste.
