RASAM POWDER / CHARU PODI
Just add the powder to boiling water and leave it to boil for about 7 to 8 minutes and then add a few curry leaves, garlic cloves and tomatoes cut into four and allow it to boil for another 3 to 4 minutes. Serve it hot with rice, idly or vada.
