The Lakadong turmeric is known for its high content of CURCUMIN content (7%-9 %) as compared to the local turmeric which has a low Curcumin content (2%-4%). Turmeric is used in the Indian kitchens for over centuries and has multiple health benefits. RASAM POWDER / CHARU PODI

TAMARIND PICKLE (WITH RED CHILLY)
Tamarinds are cleared of most of the strands and seeds and pickled in spices, roasted and pasted red chili, salt and oil.- Select, best variety Tamarind is used.
- Zero Preservatives and Zero Colours used, hence in the first few days of making the pickle one would find a dash salt extra, as this acts as a natural preservative, but once the pickle gets matured the salt levels get adjusted.
